No statistical study of a general
population sample has ever shown consensual sexual contacts to be
harmful to males. Studies of actual consensual experiences of
boys have consistently found them to be harmless.
NAMBLA believes that public policy should be informed by the facts and
not by baseless fears and innuendo. The articles linked below
shed much needed light on several key questions that have been raised
in debates over the criminalization of consensual sex.
